Zumba take three!

I just want to go on record saying that I made it through my third Zumba class this past Thursday (two weeks in a row). I am starting to pick up on more of the steps, actually anticipating some of them. And I think my hips actually moved the way they were supposed to on more than one occasion.

I am going to try to stick with Zumba weekly or at least three times per month. I need the diversity, and it does not hurt that according to our instructor, you can burn around 800 calories.
