I cannot believe I have not posted for over a month. Not coincidentally, my exercise really slacked off for several weeks during that time, which was related to some family and work things. I like to think I am getting back on track. Have to burn off those Thanksgiving calories somehow!
I have no recollection how much exercise I ended up getting from the end of October until last week. I know there was at least one week when I moved my body only one day and probably another week where I got in maybe two days. Sad, I know. Last week, however, was pretty good. I went swimming three times, took a Zumba class, and did a ton of walking on two different days--one day at the zoo and another day at the History Center. I like to think I earned all my eating and drinking.
I started this week off with about 30 minutes of cardio at the pool exercise room, split between the treadmill and the stepper. I am hoping to go swimming today, do Zumba tomorrow, and swimming again on Wednesday and Friday.
